Welcome to Metamorpharium.

This section outlines the basic terms for using the site and making purchases.

By using this site or buying anything from me, you agree to the following:

1. Who I Am

  • Metamorpharium is an experimental journaling method/project.

2. What I Sell

  • Physical journals (and sometimes bundles).
     

  • Digital products (delivered instantly).
     

  • Journaling accessories.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment goes through.
     

  • Payments are handled securely by my payment provider (Stripe/PayPal/etc.). I never see your full card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • As of January 2026, I ship physical products to UK mainland only.
     

  • Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days.
     

  • If there’s an issue with delivery, I’ll handle it. Contact me with the details.
     

  • Full details are in the Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Physical journals: You can return them within 14 days of receiving them if you change your mind. They need to be unused and in good condition.
     

  • Digital downloads: These are instant and non‑returnable once accessed (unless there’s a technical fault).

6. Community

  • No spam. If you post spammy content, it’s gone.
     

  • Don't contact me regarding promotional material.
     

  • I reserve the right to remove posts or accounts if they derail the space.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Some content here is created with the help of AI. I don’t claim exclusive rights over AI‑generated material - feel free to use it if it inspires you.
     

  • My original photography, writing, and visuals are © Metamorpharium. If you’d like to use them, please get in touch first and let me know what for. 

8. Liability

  • I’ll do my best to deliver what you ordered. (Duh.)
     

  • What I can’t cover are the indirect side‑effects - like if your journal’s late arrival throws off your cosmic alignment or derails your week.
     

  • I ship within the stated timeframe and take practical steps to minimize delays.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the wider UK.

10. Final Word

  • This project is about ideas. I’ll treat you fairly, and I ask the same in return. If you ever feel something isn’t right, submit a new contact form.
